And the Fundraiser Continues…
The end of December my daughter, Tori, wrote a guest post about why she wants to travel to New York City this summer to attend the National Student Leadership Conference, which you can read about here. As a result we collected a few donations. Thank you to those that contributed.
But are work is not done. We still have a ways to go to reach our goal of $2500 by the end of February. Now we have a Scan-A-Thon planned for later this month as well as in February. A few car washes and bake sales. But we were looking for something else. Then the idea came to me for Tori to comes up with some designs and sell them on Cafe Press.
Well yesterday we launched, “Designs by Turi”. We have designs on two products and working on more. The proceeds from every purchase will go directly to this fundraiser.

Digital Scrapbooking Goes Premiere
Now that the holidays are over, I am sure you have plenty of photos sitting on memory cards just waiting to be taken care of. Now you can either take them to your local photo printing retailer, get the photos printed and slide them into an ordinary photo album. Or you could create a photobook of your pictures and share the stories behind the smiles and torn wrapping paper.
